Privacy Policy

Effective date: 11 October 2026

We want you to know exactly what happens to your data. This page explains what Digyverse collects, why, who else touches it, and how you stay in control. We have tried to keep it plain and short.

Who we are

Digyverse is a marketing and business intelligence platform run by DIGYVERSE MARKETING AND ADVERTISING AGENCY LLP, located at B 504, Aditi Avenue, Nr Vandematram Tenament, Opp Vishwas City 3, Chandlodia, Gota, Chandlodia Police Station, Ahmedabad City, Ahmedabad - 382481, Gujarat, India. In this policy, "we", "us" and "Digyverse" mean that company. You can reach us at connect@digyverse.com.

What we collect

Account details. Your name, work email, role, profile photo if you add one, and the company and clients you belong to. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider and we never see it in plain text.

Business and brand content. Documents, text, website pages and logos you add to the Knowledge Vault or Brand Kit, plus the campaigns, copy, images, captions and calendar entries you create in Digyverse.

KPI and business data. Spreadsheets and files you upload, the numbers inside them, and the dashboards, questions and chat conversations built from them.

Data from Facebook and Instagram. When you choose to connect your accounts, we receive and store:

  • The IDs and names of the Facebook Pages you connect, and the IDs of linked Instagram accounts.
  • Access tokens that let Digyverse act on those accounts for you.
  • The posts, stories and reels you schedule, along with their text, images and video.
  • Engagement and insights numbers for your posts and accounts, such as reach, likes, comments and followers.
  • Comments on your posts and messages sent to your accounts, including the text, the time, and the public name and ID of the person who wrote them.

Other connections you choose to set up. If you connect Google Search Console, we store a token that gives us read-only access to your search performance. If you connect a website publishing tool such as WordPress, Webflow or Sanity, we store the keys you give us so we can publish your articles there.

Usage records. Technical logs of which features ran, which AI model was used, how large the request was, and how many items you have created against your plan. These logs do not contain the content of your requests.

Cookies. We use only the small browser storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

  • To run the service you signed up for: sign-in, dashboards, campaign creation, scheduling and publishing.
  • To write strategies, copy, images and captions that match your brand and your numbers.
  • To keep your plan limits accurate, keep the service secure, and fix problems.
  • To answer your questions and support requests.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles for anyone else.

How we use data from Facebook and Instagram

We use Facebook and Instagram data for these purposes only:

  • To publish and schedule the posts, stories and reels that you ask us to publish, to the accounts you connected.
  • To show you how those posts and accounts are performing in your Digyverse dashboards, and to suggest improvements.
  • To show you the comments and messages your accounts receive, and to write replies to them.

To do this, our AI features read your performance numbers and the comments and messages you receive, and draft replies. Replies are sent from your account only in the way you set them up in Digyverse. The people who write to you are not Digyverse users, so we only use their comments and messages to help you answer them.

We do not sell this data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or use it to train AI models. Our AI providers receive it only to produce the insights and replies you ask for, and are not allowed to train on it. We use it only inside your own company's workspace. We follow Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. By connecting an account, you confirm that you have the right to connect it. The owner of an account can remove our access at any time.

Who else receives your data

We use a small number of trusted companies to run Digyverse. They receive only what each feature needs.

  • Supabase hosts our database, file storage and sign-in. Our main database is in Mumbai, India.
  • Vercel hosts the Digyverse application and handles the requests that pass through it.
  • OpenAI, Anthropic and Google (Gemini) process the text and images we send them to write strategies, copy, captions, images and answers. This can include your brand content, campaign details, summaries of your business data, and, if you connect Facebook or Instagram, your performance numbers and the comments and messages you receive.
  • Google Search Console, only if you connect it, to read your search performance.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only if you connect it, to publish what you ask us to publish and to read performance numbers.
  • Canva, only if you connect it, to open the images you choose in Canva for editing and to bring the edited image back.
  • Your website tool (WordPress, Webflow or Sanity), only if you connect it, to publish your articles.

Before uploaded business data goes to an AI model, we try to detect and remove personal details such as email addresses, phone numbers, government ID numbers and card numbers. This works well but is not perfect, so please do not upload personal details you do not need.

We use the paid business access of these AI services, with training on our data switched off. Your content is not used to train their models.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

Our main database is in India, but some of the companies above, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Vercel, may process data in other countries. We only use them to run the features you ask for.

How we store and protect it

  • Data is stored in our database provider's infrastructure, which is encrypted at rest and in transit.
  • Access tokens and connection keys, including those from Meta, are encrypted before we save them. They sit in tables that only our servers can read, and they are never sent back to your browser.
  • Only company owners can add or change connections.
  • Every company and client is separated from the others (see below).

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you promptly.

Keeping each client separate

Digyverse is built for companies that manage more than one brand or location. Each company has its own workspace, and each client or facility inside it has its own Knowledge Vault, campaigns, calendar, data and connections. Our database rules stop one company from reading another company's data, and our servers check which client a request belongs to before they read or write anything. Team members only see the clients and modules their owner has given them.

Data from Canva

You can connect your own Canva account to edit a post in Canva. Each person connects their own account. When you connect, we receive and store:

  • Access keys that let Digyverse act on your Canva account for you. They are encrypted before we save them, sit in tables that only our servers can read, and are never sent back to your browser.
  • A record of each image you open in Canva: which client and post it came from, the link to the Canva design, the original image and the edited image.

We use this data only to do what you ask. When you click Edit in Canva, we send that one image to your Canva account and create a design from it. When you click Bring edited image back, we ask Canva to export that design and save the result in your workspace as a new version. The earlier image stays under previous versions. We only open the designs Digyverse created for you, and we do not browse your other designs or files.

We do not sell data from Canva, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or use it to train AI models. We use it only inside your own company's workspace. We follow Canva's Developer Terms.

You can disconnect at any time in either place. In Digyverse, open Settings, then My Account, and choose Disconnect. We delete the stored keys straight away and ask Canva to end the connection. In Canva, open your account settings, find Connected apps, and remove Digyverse. Images you already brought back stay in your workspace until you ask us to delete them. Designs stay in your Canva account.

How long we keep data

  • We keep your data for as long as your account is active, so your work is there when you come back.
  • Earlier versions of a post that you replace while editing a carousel or story set are removed after 7 days, unless you chose to keep them.
  • When you disconnect Facebook or Instagram, we delete the stored tokens straight away.
  • When you disconnect Canva, we delete the stored keys straight away.
  • When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it as described on our Data Deletion page.
  • Deleted data is removed from our live database straight away. If our database provider keeps backup copies, they are cleared within 7 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Show you the data we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong. Most details can be edited directly in Settings.
  • Delete your data.
  • Stop using your data for a purpose you do not agree with.

Email connect@digyverse.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram

You can disconnect at any time in either place:

  • In Digyverse, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Disconnect. We delete the stored tokens, the saved Page and Instagram account details, and the comments and messages we saved from that account straight away, cancel posts that are scheduled but not yet published, and stop reading data.
  • In Facebook, open Settings, then Business Integrations, find Digyverse and remove it. This revokes our access on Meta's side. Please also choose Disconnect in Digyverse so the stored tokens are deleted on our side too.

The posts we already published and the performance history we saved stay in your workspace so your reports do not disappear, until you ask us to delete them.

See our Data Deletion page for full steps.

Children

Digyverse is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Digyverse grows. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the effective date at the top and tell account owners by email or inside the app.

Questions and complaints

If you have a question or complaint about your data, write to Jaydev Panchal at connect@digyverse.com. We will reply within 30 days.
